Consistent Vacuuming
Vacuum 2–3 times per week, particularly in high-traffic areas. Cotton fibers attract and hold dust more readily than synthetics. A suction-only setting is recommended, though a gentle beater bar on the highest height setting is acceptable for this blend. Avoid aggressive, repeated passes—cotton fibers can loosen from the foundation under excessive mechanical stress.

Stain Removal
Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry, white cloth. Cotton is absorbent, so speed matters. For most stains, a solution of mild dish soap and cool water applied to the cloth (not the rug) works effectively. Never rub or scrub aggressively—cotton fibers can fuzz and mat when abraded. Rinse the area by blotting with a clean damp cloth, then blot dry.
