Read It Like a Care Label

Your rug speaks laundry. Five symbols and two lists are everything you need to keep it looking new for years; no special products, no professional services.

  • Machine Wash Cold

    Gentle cycle at or below 30°C / 86°F with mild detergent. For larger sizes, a front loading or commercial machine gives the rug room to move.

  • No Bleach

    No bleach, stain powders, or fabric softener. Mild detergent protects color and fiber.

  • No Tumble Dry

    Air dry only, away from radiators and direct sun. Lay flat or hang in a shaded, airy spot.

  • No Iron

    Wrinkles relax on their own within a day. Smooth stubborn folds by hand.

  • No Dry Cleaning

    Solvents are unnecessary and can affect the backing. Your machine is all it needs.

Spill
happens.

STEP 1

Blot, fast

Press a clean white cloth onto the spill and lift. Never rub; rubbing pushes the spill deeper into the weave.

STEP 2

Dab with mild detergent

Cold water and a single drop of mild detergent on the cloth. Work from the edge of the spot toward its center.

STEP 3

Air dry, then vacuum

Let the spot dry naturally, then vacuum on a low setting. For anything stubborn, a full machine wash resets the rug.

Color is not a slight variation - much different

I am surprised that this rug is so much different in color than the pictures shown on the site. It is a sad disappointment. I have sent a note to the company and haven't heard back yet. It is pale and speckled with light yarns-- very little vibrancy- a totally different rug. Such a hassle to have to package it back up and return it.

Pattern does not look like the pictures . design on the rug is not as crisp as the pattern ii your pictures. we were looking at buying at least 3 larger rugs but now we are hesitant .
