    Shipping Time

    Most stock orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days of being placed. If your purchase is a custom- made order, your order will be shipped within 2 weeks. However, during busy campaign periods, we may need extra time to prepare and package your order. In these instances, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to leave our warehouse.

    As soon as the goods are dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all delivery details.

    Our customers' satisfaction comes first for us. Therefore, our customers are free to return their products for ANY reason within 30 days of delivery. There will be no additional costs for returns. Return shipping costs are handled by our company.


    Order Cancellation

    Once your order has been confirmed, it is possible to cancel at any point until the packing and shipping process has started. If you cancel your order, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery. To cancel your order please contact us via info@justrug.com. We will make our best effort to accommodate changes to or cancellations of orders that have not yet processed; however, we are unable to cancel or change an order once it begins processing.
