Read It Like a Care Label

Your rug speaks laundry. Five symbols and two lists are everything you need to keep it looking new for years; no special products, no professional services.

  • Machine Wash Cold

    Gentle cycle at or below 30°C / 86°F with mild detergent. For larger sizes, a front loading or commercial machine gives the rug room to move.

  • No Bleach

    No bleach, stain powders, or fabric softener. Mild detergent protects color and fiber.

  • No Tumble Dry

    Air dry only, away from radiators and direct sun. Lay flat or hang in a shaded, airy spot.

  • No Iron

    Wrinkles relax on their own within a day. Smooth stubborn folds by hand.

  • No Dry Cleaning

    Solvents are unnecessary and can affect the backing. Your machine is all it needs.

Spill
happens.

STEP 1

Blot, fast

Press a clean white cloth onto the spill and lift. Never rub; rubbing pushes the spill deeper into the weave.

STEP 2

Dab with mild detergent

Cold water and a single drop of mild detergent on the cloth. Work from the edge of the spot toward its center.

STEP 3

Air dry, then vacuum

Let the spot dry naturally, then vacuum on a low setting. For anything stubborn, a full machine wash resets the rug.

Always

  • Wash on a cold, gentle cycle
  • Use a mild liquid detergent
  • Air dry flat or hanging, in shade
  • Vacuum on a low, suction only setting
  • Rotate the rug every few months

Definitely a quality rug. Materials and weaving are top notch.
The color I ordered is very close to the picture from the web site. My only personal negative comment is I wish it was a thicker rug rather than the thin 5MM stated. I knew this in advance of my purchase, but I am still happy with my rug.

This is only showing 1 of the 3 rugs i bought. I am surprisingly stunned with this WHOLE process. First I ordered my rugs, they say i would take 1-3 days to process. thank goodness. I changed my mind on the color. I sent an email to CS and asked for the change. I received an email from Jaime and said OK I made the change. I will let you know when they ship. AHHH OK are you sure are you going to resend a confirmation to the adjusted order, NO need I took care of it. OK cool a couple of days later the rugs shipped FROM TURKEY!! I thought for sure I read they ship from USA. I was really worried about the timing of arrival but no need to. I received my rugs THE CORRECT COLOR all within 10 days!!! completely blown away 5 Stars for sure thank you Jaime and everybody involved to make this happen. Will certainly go to this company again
