Your rug speaks laundry. Five symbols and two lists are everything you need to keep it looking new for years; no special products, no professional services. Gentle cycle at or below 30°C / 86°F with mild detergent. For larger sizes, a front loading or commercial machine gives the rug room to move. No bleach, stain powders, or fabric softener. Mild detergent protects color and fiber. Air dry only, away from radiators and direct sun. Lay flat or hang in a shaded, airy spot. Wrinkles relax on their own within a day. Smooth stubborn folds by hand. Solvents are unnecessary and can affect the backing. Your machine is all it needs. Press a clean white cloth onto the spill and lift. Never rub; rubbing pushes the spill deeper into the weave. Cold water and a single drop of mild detergent on the cloth. Work from the edge of the spot toward its center. Let the spot dry naturally, then vacuum on a low setting. For anything stubborn, a full machine wash resets the rug. No wash needed before first use. A quick vacuum on a low setting once a week keeps the low pile fresh between washes. Wash with confidence. Customers praised this washable runner for being "absolutely gorgeous" and "extremely well-made" with beautiful colors and patterns. It stays in place without sliding and doesn't require a pad. However, some noted color discrepancies from photos and thin pile that provides minimal cushioning underfoot.
I am disappointed in the rug. It is so thin, it barely adds any cushion under your feet. The pile is rough and thin. Despite not needing a rug pad as it has its own gripping bade, I immediately found a rug pad to put underneath it. Unfortunately the pad is t thick enough to improve how it feels underfoot.

The rug is perfect to go with my Apple green couch.I was able to use the "See in Your Room" feature before I purchased which made the decision to buy much easier. Great customer service.

It is a nice looking rug but I was disappointed that the color was so different from the picture. The picture shows the rug’s background color to be light golden yellow. The rug I received has a dark olive green background. So a very dark rug. Not the light color rug I expected. It goes in my room and good quality so ot worth the hassle of return but not my dream carpet.
