Mild detergent protects color and fiber. Air dry only, away from radiators and direct sun. Lay flat or hang in a shaded, airy spot. Wrinkles relax on their own within a day. Smooth stubborn folds by hand. Solvents are unnecessary and can affect the backing. Your machine is all it needs. Press a clean white cloth onto the spill and lift. Never rub; rubbing pushes the spill deeper into the weave. Cold water and a single drop of mild detergent on the cloth. Work from the edge of the spot toward its center. Let the spot dry naturally, then vacuum on a low setting. For anything stubborn, a full machine wash resets the rug. No wash needed before first use.
