No bleach, stain powders, or fabric softener. Mild detergent protects color and fiber. Air dry only, away from radiators and direct sun. The flat profile dries quickly; flip halfway so both faces dry evenly. Wrinkles relax on their own within a day. Smooth stubborn folds by hand. Solvents are unnecessary and can affect the backing. Your machine is all it needs. Press a clean white cloth onto the spill and lift. Never rub; rubbing pushes the spill deeper into the weave. Cold water and a single drop of mild detergent on the cloth. Work from the edge of the spot toward its center. Let the spot dry naturally, then vacuum on a low setting.
